In working with Lauren and her office group I felt like I had a partner in the fight. They never made me feel ashamed of the word disabled. World's worst! sarah farrell, 45 days.I sent an e-mail & NEVER heard back. Even after calling the website, 0. This was indicative of her effort to help the injured. Wasn't a 1off either. NEVER heard back, had 2 FIRE her for INCOMPETENCE! Then I got a phone call & 2 emails. I don't want "sorry", sorry is for suckers & just setting it up for next time. So DON'T. The 2 of them sarah farrell & vanessa vargas, (the laziest 2 ppl I've ever come across! Notice they only post 5 stars? Any less get's taking down in hrs.

I had a great experience overall. I contacted Keches/ Kaylene Crum. I explained my situation, and I really didn't need to do much else. Kaylene was on top of all my Dr. Notes and records. She got me exactly what I was looking for at the end for comp. Kaylene was great with communication, and being available to answer any questions I may have had. I would recommend her to anyone that needs help with workers comp. or anything else she is practicing in! Thank you.
