I spoke to Kelli Silva on the phone one time about my workers comp case and thats all I needed to pick her to represent me. I had been harassed and given the run-around by workers' comp. My union lawyer was unqualified and caused for me to represent myself. No other attorneys would help. When I sustained a shoulder injury at work and their insurance company denied my claim, Seth fought for my medical care (2 surgeries and 12+ months PT) and wages.
