I slipped and fell on the job on December 9, 2022. And the judge ordered Liberty Mutual to pay for my Surgery, 2 days before Thanksgiving, 2023. Liberty Mutual Attorney told Dr. Kirsch they would only pay 10% of the cost for my surgery. I need a total left shoulder replacement. I notified my Attorney: Sarah Farrell and explained to her what Liberty Mutual was trying to do, in December? To this date, I haven't heard from my Attorney. I am believing I have been sold out. My case isn't making any sense at all. I am going to notify other persons about my case, to help me understand what happened. Have my Attorney been $$$$ out! This just doesn't make sense! I am going to notify the Attorneys board.

If I could give this a 10 star I would! Kaylene was my attorney and she was amazing! She kept me in the loop the entire process and made me feel so comfortable and supported! I highly recommend using her for your attorney!

I am very disappointed with trying to talk with anyone from this firm. I was referred through Atticus law and they called initially and was told I would hear from someone from the law firm. A woman called and told me I need to hire them to talk with a lawyer. They then sent a docusign contract. They sent me that ten times. I have never heard back. I still have not heard from these people. I find the whole process disturbing. It lacks civility

This is as my first time dealing with any issue that involved an attorney and Alex was the best guy for the job. He walked me through the entire process of what was happening and always called with any update to make sure I knew what was going on. And once we decided to settle the case I was expected to get a decent amount. And Alex still kept fighting to get me more. I ended up with way more that I was expecting. All thanks to him. I would strongly encourage anyone reading this to consider Alex for your attorney.
