I didn't know much about the process, and the online research left me with more questions than answers. It wasn't easy - the back and forth with the bank was arduous, but Andrew's calm and professional demeanor kept the sale moving forward. He responded to all my emails, even while on vacation. He kept on top of the massive amounts of paperwork - guided me through what I needed to do and what I could bypass. He dealt directly with the bank, saving me from much aggravation. In the end, I was able to come up with the finances necessary to pull it out of the short sale and break even - Andrew handled the close for me.
