I've been working with these ladies for a while and even though we have never met face to face they worked their hardest for me and never gave up. They got me a good settlement and didn't let the insurance company just cut me off without making sure I was going to be taken care of in the future. I really don’t know what I would have done without attorney Kaylene Crum, from the very beginning she has been very responsive to my concerns and questions. I could have lost everything . I found out the hard way that insurance companies are not on your side. World's worst! sarah farrell, 45 days.I sent an e-mail & NEVER heard back. Even after calling the website, 0. This was indicative of her effort to help the injured. Wasn't a 1off either. NEVER heard back, had 2 FIRE her for INCOMPETENCE! Then I got a phone call & 2 emails. I don't want "sorry", sorry is for suckers & just setting it up for next time. So DON'T. The 2 of them sarah farrell & vanessa vargas, (the laziest 2 ppl I've ever come across! Notice they only post 5 stars? Any less get's taking down in hrs.
