Terrible experience. They are so unprofessional and act like they don't have the time of day to talk to you. I was trying to make a statement- the man on the phone kept telling me that I was wrong & he would not let me talk. He was the wrong one, he was wrong for being ignorant and narcissistic. He was actually so confused, I can tell he didn't have enough training or schooling because he had no idea what I was talking about. I do not recommend anyone, to go through these individuals. They sound like scam artists
