Mr. Flaherty did an execellent Job with my Worker's Compensation case.. Him and his staff, especially Jen Mederios who was my life line over the last 2 years, were all extremely professional and knowledgeable in all areas.i would recommend there services to anyone looking for a dependable legal assistance.

Sean Flaherty is incrediable at his job! He is a true professional and a class act. He truly puts his heart and soul into each an every case. He worked very hard for us and won the case. He fights for his clients and gets what they deserve.

I was referred to Sean Flaherty after I was injured on the job. I am..was..an ICU nurse who was kicked several times by a patient requiring 2 surgeries with a third pending. When I first walked into the office it was a very professional setting yet not one that made you feel intimidated. When you talk to Sean you can tell he cares about what's going on with you. He may be a little difficult to actually speak to but that's because he's working his butt off for me. That's where his legal aide Jen Medeiros comes in. When I first met her she immediately put me at ease and told me everything would be okay, and for some reason, I believed her....there was something about her kindness and more importantly her professionalism that just set me at ease. Every email I sent her was immediately answered and when I told her I needed to speak with Sean I would get a call from him while traveling between court houses....the man is in court a lot which tells me something about this company....when Sean says he will do everything to get you everything you need to continue a meaningful life after your work related injury, that's what he's doing. Initially I thought my employer would be all I needed... I couldn't have been more wrong or naive. My case isn't over yet but I KNOW Sean and Jen have my back....certainly more than my employer. So if you find yourself in a situation like mine do yourself a favor , give Sean Flaherty a call and I guarantee for the first time since your injury you WILL feel protected.

Sean Flaherty and staff are AMAZING at what they do. After a work accident left my husband with a brain injury (as well as other physical injuries), my husband and I walked into Sean's office apprehensive about what we thought would be a tough and long process. The first day we met, Sean listen attentively to us and then told us...... "Things will never be as bad for you as they have already been". With that in our mind during the process Sean proved that to be true. Sean Flaherty led us to a succesful and fast resolution of a Social Security claim, as well as a VERY succesful workers comp claim. Sean and his staff always took the time to keep us informed of what was happening during the process all while handling everything for us. We got a pleasant and knowledgeable response to every question we had by phone or by email from Sean's assistant within minutes of asking. Sean and his staff were also very accommodating and patient to my husbands special needs by taking extra time to be sure he understood what was happening and that he was comfortable. Trusting Sean Flaherty was easy as he proved that he always had our families best interest at heart. Very early on in our case, Sean was able to win a wage discrepency issue after figuring out that the workers comp insurance company inaccurately paid my husband for quite some time. This was of no benefit to Mr. Flaherty but he worked hard to see it through and our family got the correct wages awarded retroactively. Sean Flaherty and his team are spectacular at what they do. They made us feel comfortable during a time of great uncertainty and we will forever be grateful for the positive change they have made to our lives.
