In June of 2018, I contacted Sean as a family member recommended him. I called Sean and told him of my situation in which I injured my back at work and having trouble getting physical therapy and MRI scheduled, as well as, encountering difficulties dealing with my own Primary Care physician and workman's compensation adjuster. The people with whom I have encountered who work with Sean are also very helpful and professional as well. Throughout this whole experience, I have had a gamut of emotions and Sean was receptive to each of them. Included in these emotions was feeling that I was being a 'bother' by complaining about my injury and situation, or calling him with another question or guidance. I was aware that there are people out there who are far worse off than I was. Whenever I found myself saying, "I'm sorry Sean", he would immediately say to me, "Your case is just as important as anybody else's and don't ever think that I think differently because you're not as physically hurt as some people." And I truly believe that. Sean remained flexible and patient with me throughout this process. As I reflect back on this experience I am aware of how thankful I am to have had Sean advocate for me. I believe he went above and beyond with his time, patience and flexibility and I will be forever grateful for him.
