I hired Fran to assist me with my mediation in developing solutions on my side while working with another mediator. Fran was extremely responsive and detailed. Fran took the time to explain all the aspects of the process and potential solutions to discuss in our mediation sessions. Fran is honest and attempted to develop solutions that were fair and equitable throughout our divorce proceedings. Fran offered an accurate assessment of the costs. I highly recommend Fran, she is the best I've worked with.

Fran Wyman handled my divorce in a way that reduced conflict and maximized solving the individual needs of both parties. We ended up with an excellent parenting plan and a fair financial settlement. Although the division of assets became a little contentious, Fran was even-keeled and looked after my interests perfectly and even calmed my nerves at times.

I have been working with Fran Whyman for several years as my husband and I struggle toward our divorce. I only have the most positive opinions to express. Fran is very prompt about returning calls. She goes out of her way to keep in touch. She is an excellent listener in as much as she listens and then summarizes what has been said very clearly. She is extremely accommodating in setting up meetings and answering questions between meetings that are appropriate for her to answer as a Mediator. I feel that she has an impressive grasp of all of the details that must be considered in an agreement. She also keeps us on track about the "big picture",( meaning consequences of decisions) She has helped us stay focussed. That is particularly important to me since I am not a detail-oriented person and need her guidance and I need reminders about keeping discussions in context. She is skillful in delineating what is appropriate for discussion and what she cannot do as a mediator. She provides very helpful reading materials to supplement our meetings. I have complete confidence in her work and appreciate her kindness and warmth. I recommend her with enthusiasm.
