First time I talked to Scott, he was candid about what he was supposed to do and how much to charge. Our closing process turned out to be fairly long and bit complicated. Scott was patient to explain situations and replied to my questions and concern timely. In the final closing, he was humorous and created a stress free environment. I strongly recommend him.

I recently commissioned Scott Sellers at Hornung & Scimone to help me with the P&S and closing for a condo purchase. As a first-time homebuyer, I had NO idea what I was doing. Scott was recommended by a friend who had also been represented by him in a previous closing. I found Scott to be very thorough in his explanation of the process, fees and to-do list.
