We have used Hornung and Scimone for closing on a couple properties and we have had a good experience so far. David and team are very thorough with their work. They were patient in explaining the process and answering all of our questions, no matter how trivial. More importantly, they spent enough time prepping us for the day of closing, including working with the bank, to ensure that everything goes smoothly. We will definitely use David again in the future!

He kept me well informed by taking the time to spend an hour explaining the details related to workman's comp and my rights as well as responding to e-mails within 24 hours and telephone calls even faster.
