David has been our real estate attorney twice and we highly recommend his office to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Our most recent home purchase was quite complex as it involved new construction. Due to many delays, we ended up needing two use-and-occupancy agreements. David answered our questions, was able to make updates to documents and address our concerns on very short notice on multiple occasions. Thanks to his dedication and responsiveness, we were able to meet all of our deadlines and felt that he had our best interest in mind throughout the process.

I approached David Scimone based on a friend's recommendation. I am glad I did. I hired them for a home purchase. The office team was well-coordinated and worked well to address all my needs and questions. In particular, Jeffery Lord, who was assigned to my case was extremely effective, efficient, and friendly. The final phase of closing needed extra care, which required additional team members, leading the process to its successful completion in time.
