Scott Sellers was our closing attorney. As a first time home buyer, Scott was brilliant in walking us thru each step of the process and he was very....very patient in answering all our questions - however weird they were.
At the closing signatures, he took time to explain what we were signing and help us be reassured about the process.
I'd definitely recommend Scott and team again.

Just used Hornung & Scimone to handle the details for the Purchase & Sale agreement for a condo I was selling in Natick.

All of the details were taken care of for us during our closing. All of the paperwork, footwork and follow-up was executed seemlessly. The office worked with our schedule to find the best time possible to meet with us. Lisa answered all of our questions patiently and was there to follow up after the signing. I would recommend this team for any real estate transaction. Plus, they have candy at the office!

We had a terrible experience with Kathryn Collins. She's unprofessional throughout the entire process. Kathryn was always late and wouldn't apologize for her tardiness but blamed her clients for not understanding her. Not only so, but Kathryn was also not responsive and would reply late to emails with minimal information. I sincerely don't recommend working with Kathryn Collins!
