Nicole Pinkos and her team were a pleasure to work with - after an excellent experience working with Nicole on the purchase of our new home, we also worked with her on selling our condo. Buying and selling houses is a quite stressful experience, and Nicole and her team helped make it as painless and easy as possible. I'm the kind of person who asks a lot of questions, and Nicole et al were great about this - they would quickly, patiently, and clearly explain everything I asked about. Having quick, clear responses to my questions / concerns was vital in helping me keep my sanity during some stressful transactions I will absolutely be using Nicole and her team for my next real estate transaction, and would recommend them to anyone!

This is Completely my opinion, but Melissa went above and beyond to check in on us every step of the process and was extremely communicative. I was never left wondering which is always reassuring in a pressure time in your life. Lastly, I left the office on our final visit , confident that all essential reviews and documentation were complete.
