Our closing was a bit of a difficult one because of issues with the sellers and Kathryn and her team pushed for us and to meet the deadline time and time again. She was on the ball every step of the way and essentially made the closing of our home go through as scheduled. We were lucky to have found such a great firm!

We’ve worked with David Scimone for the purchase of three homes over the course of the past seven years. In each case he and the firm conducted business as professionals and made the home buying experience pleasant and most importantly made us secure in understanding each part of the process and each document prior to signature. The latest home purchase was much more involved, and included several provisions that were both unexpected and sometimes required significant effort from David and the firm to complete. Again - even though this work was likely far above the rate we agreed to at the beginning - David didn’t take any shortcuts and kept us in a great position while working to author the additional contracts and language.
