As first time homebuyers, Tammy and team were there for us every step of the way -- from our Purchase & Sale agreement, to closing. They went above and beyond to ensure all was taken care of, explained, and done in a timely, and professional fashion.

I worked with attorney Melissa Gaboury to close on my home purchase. I am a first time buyer. She was phenomenal from start to finish. Always had my best interest in mind. She worked tirelessly on my behalf and was always available when I had questions (of which there were many). Even when construction delays pushed by closing back 6 months! I highly highly recommend Melissa and her firm.
