David was very professional and organized, and he facilitated a seamless home buying process. David came highly recommended from the realtors and mortgage brokers that we met with, and after working with him, we understand why! He offered us multiple discounts, including a first-time homebuyers discount and dual representation with the mortgage company. I would definitely recommend hiring David for anyone buying or selling a home in the MetroWest area.

Scott Sellers and his team are fantastic! They really make sure you understand what you are signing in simple school terms. Then follow up with an example. When my husband and I closed, ( we are first time home buyers) he made sure we understood what is to come and how it should go.
