Well, what can we say, apart from what a spectacular company this is. We’re Brits with no idea about buying a house in the US and so when our P&S attorney told us our bank would be providing a closing attorney we sat back happily and waited. We waited until 8 days before the closing when they informed us that they couldn’t provide someone who would close in time. So on a Monday at 4pm, with a 7pm flight to the UK approaching, I googled and found these wonderful people. Tammy called me within 15 mins of my initial contact. I explained the situation, gave her contact details of my bank, my wife emailed a bunch of supporting documentation and from that moment on the problem was taken off our hands. No dramas, just fast effective action which resulted in being in a position to close before our due date. Tammy is a bona fide legend. If you need someone to do your work for you, pick her and her team. Be nice though and maybe give her a little more notice than we did!
