I run a small side business and feel like I used to spend more time worrying about real and imagined legal vulnerabilities than the actual business at hand. A lawyer I'd previously consulted only made the situation worse -- even more to worry about and high fees to boot. Jason was tremendously helpful sorting out what I actually do need to think about and what I can safely ignore (most of it). Jason is courteous, patient, knowledgable and honest. I could not recommend him more highly.

I have been through an extremely difficult probate matter that is still ongoing for almost two years. The three PRs have been lawless, extremely rude and hostile and their attorney is enabling them. Jason has forced them to do everything properly - I hired Jason the minute they all started getting out of line. I would definitely recommend him. They were FURIOUS when they all discovered I hired him.
