He is no nonsense, doesn't waste time, and gets results. And most importantly, everything is by the book. By applying the strictest conformation to every law, rule, and guideline that the IRS has; he does not cheat or cut corners. In my case, through the use of a tax rule that I did not even know existed, he saved me tens of thousands of dollars. The old saying goes "there is no certainty in life except for death and taxes." I don't know if Mr. Rothenberg can do anything to forestall death, but I do know that he can help make sure that you are right with the IRS, and that you do not pay any more in taxes than the law strictly requires. Happy to give him a 5 star rating; wish I could give him 6!
