Steven Goldwyn and Jon Brianard of Altman And Altman where literally the best 2 lawyers I’ve ever had the pleasure of having for legal representation. These guys were fast efficient and most of all men of their word. Good or bad news they were straight forward. I cannot express enough how truly thankful I am for what they accomplished for me. Case was dismissed faster than I expected and I am able to move on with my life. I can say if I ever need to seek legal representation again(which I hope I do not) they will be the first guys I call. I did my research carefully and spoke to many attorneys. Hiring Steven Goldwyn was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Prior to this incident, I had no experience with the criminal justice system. I didn’t know what to expect. In our introductory interview, Steven asked the exact right questions and proposed a strategy. Steven gave different advice from the other attorneys. He ended up being exactly correct in all instances. He was highly engaged and clearly understood the nuances of how to build a strong defense and how to interact efficiently and successfully with the legal bureaucracy. He spelled out expectations clearly and knew the right people to speak to. Steven was available to me at all times; by text, phone, or email. He kept me up to date on all developments. When he gave advice, I trusted him. Ultimately, his appraisal and management of the situation was perfectly measured and correct. Don’t assume that the criminal justice system is fair or balanced. There are incentives involved that don’t care about truth. There are prosecutors who will happily pursue the innocent. Life is complicated and bad things happen to good people all the time.
