Worked with Rahul A. on a sell/buy over the end of 2022 into the beginning of this year. Boy was the process and market crazy, but Rahul and his team were with me the whole way. They entertained my frustration/anxiety/nervousness driven questions thoughtfully and guided me well along my way. My last purchase I felt very removed from the real estate attorney, but my experience with Rahul was very different. This time I actually felt like I had a team of people working with me. Just closed on my first home today with Rahul A. and it was a great experience. He was super friendly and thorough when going through the documents that needed to be signed. He explained every page to ensure that I was informed on what I was signing. His explanation was also very clear and understandable.
