I worked with Tyler for my prenup contract. Tyler was friendly, efficient, punctual- an absolute pleasure to work with. He quickly drafted something for me within a day of me filling a questionnaire. Within a couple weeks we iterated 2-3 drafts, until the terms and conditions are optimal to my liking, and everything was done without any hassle. He was patient to answer all my questions about legal jargons (I'm a complete layman), and has a very quick turn-around time to re-draft according to what we decided after short phone conversations. He also worked out very well with the legal representative of my soon to be wife. Additionally, I find the price Tyler charge to be very reasonable. I highly recommend Summers Family Law for anybody who is looking for a seamless experience for this type of contracts.

Couldn't recommend Tyler more. I hired him to review my prenuptial agreement and he did the greatest job I could ever expect, always replying emails very quickly and answering my questions which was super helpful for my final decisions.

Tyler is excellent, I really enjoyed working with him. Starting the search for a lawyer before my wedding I was pretty hesitant - I was concerned about making a mistake and working with a jerk (runaway fees, etc.) I found Tyler online, reached out, and have had fantastic experiences with him from start to finish. We did the whole prenup on a flat rate, and in the end I'd say it was a great deal - Tyler worked hard for me, responded extremely fast even at weird hours, did multiple revisions at no extra cost, and was active in educating me in the legal terms we were establishing in the document. I met him in person in his office (not strictly necessary but I'm glad I did): he's a nice, warm person who clearly takes his work seriously. The joke at the end of the prenup process is "I hope I never see you again" (ie, it would be in a divorce setting), but if there was any reason to, I'd absolutely work with Tyler again.

I'm a divorced father of three and hired Tyler after being accused of some pretty frightening things by my ex-wife. Given the circumstances, I know I needed a strong advocate with courtroom skills and child custody / family law experience. Before hiring Tyler, I interviewed a few different attorneys, including one at a big law firm in Boston. However, from the initial consultation through the final court appearance, I knew that I was in great hands with Tyler by my side. He knew exactly the right approach, which, unfortunately, involved court appearances and investigations by an attorney appointed by the court on behalf of my children. However, I took his advice, let the process play out, sat tight, and the outcome was just what I had hoped for: not only were the allegations refuted, but I gained even more parenting time with my children! Aside from the court victory, Tyler was incredibly responsive and I always felt in the loop; his billing was also quite fair. Really, he makes a painful process as "pleasant" as can be. I don't think I would have gotten the level of responsiveness or service with a bigger office. I simply could not have asked for a better person on my side; Tyler is not just a great attorney, he is a great person with a ton of heart. Thanks, Tyler.

My Husband, well now ex husband and I hired Tyler to mediate our divorce and draft the necessary documents. Tyler did a great job explaining the law, our rights, and the process. He could not have made the process easier and answered every single one of my tedious questions with a smile. He was extremely accessible and answered every email and phone call very quickly. I was referred to Tyler and his firm for assistance with contentious custody and child support issues. With his help, I was able to reach a full agreement with my child’s father, and we only had to go to court once. Tyler’s expertise in all aspects of family law is very impressive, and he’s extremely comfortable in court (and also seemingly well-liked by court staff). Admittedly, I was concerned at first about his experience level (he’s been in practice for about 4 years), but my concerns dissipated after my initial (free!) consultation. Tyler is incredibly fair and transparent in his pricing, always breaking down his billable time on emailed invoices at the end of the month (super helpful & rare in this industry, so I've heard!). As soon as I met with Tyler I knew he was just the lawyer I needed. We worked extremely well together on my child relocation case which was very complicated. Tyler was with me every single step of the way. He always made me feel confident, was there for me at literally all times of day and made me feel as if I was his top priority. He managed to get a settlement for me to be able to move with my children when I believed there was little hope for an agreement!! I hope to never see the inside of courthouse again, but if I do, Tyler will most certainly be by my side!!!!
