I chose to work with Rosen Law because after attending many estate/retirement seminars, he was the person whose explanations I could understand. We have worked together for 2 years and I feel very comfortable with my choice. David quickly responds to calls and patiently and articulately explains things. David Rosen is not only a lawyer, but a mentor and a teacher. During his initial seminar and in subsequent consultations, he explains clearly the elements of a Revocable Trust and the steps necessary to develop one. He emphasizes its underlying concepts, specifically the empowerment of my Trustee to tend to my health and other needs during my lifetime, should I become incapacitated, as well as to my estate and beneficiaries upon my death. During the consultations, David not only asks for your input but counsels you in the various decisions you need to make. Thereafter, he is always available for questions and advice as needed over time. His responses are timely and to the point. He is you partner and guide for the duration, which is very reassuring.
