I was recently falsely accused of a horrible crime, but thanks to the effort Courtney put into the preparation of my case, it didn’t even move on to trial! Initially, I was worried after many fallen through consultations with other lawyers, but she actually took my case on and believed I was innocent. Any time I needed to contact her, she made herself available in a short time frame, ready to actually pay attention to me and my case. Come the day of my hearing, she came prepared with the materials and knowledge required, alongside her friendly demeanor. I would highly recommend her!

Attorney Fogarty was nothing short of amazing. She is knowledgeable, responsive and a great advocate. She was optimistic but did not sugar coat my situation and made me aware of all potential outcomes. This was a very difficult time for me and Attorney Fogarty made me feel as though she was personally invested in my best interest. She got the worst charge dropped at the show cause hearing and she was able to get me a CWOF on the lesser charge. Given the specifics of my case this was an end result beyond what anyone had hoped.
