I consulted with Attorney Horan after a Judgment. He was very helpful in deciphering and explaining the 'process' to me and my family. The guidance I received was so helpful for us to move forward to obtain the best possible outcome. This was a consult but I honestly would hire him in a heartbeat for any future issues. He was the ONLY attorney who took the time to actual help and provide legal advise during a very traumatic time.

After my divorce I was left in an extremely
difficult situation financially.
My previous divorce lawyer got disbarred and
I collected $2500 from the Board of Bar Overseers. I did not have the money to sue him and consulted with and hired Tim to represent me. He advised personal bankruptcy as the best solution for a fresh start. His fee was very reasonable and he helped me with all the paperwork. I highly recommend him and wish I had hired him as my divorce attorney. I live on Cape Cod and the trips back and forth to his office were manageable and well worth my time.

Estate planning with your Mom can be stressful but Attorney Timothy Horan and staff made this experience easy, informative and took all the pressure off. Tim horan is a very knowledgeable and caring person. I was going through a very difficult time. He was on top of everything!!!
