Tim took on my case at a time where a good deal of damage had already been done, exorbitant amounts of pleadings and motions were already filed, and like most attorneys, they’d prefer to handle a case or at least a matter from beginning to end. With that said, he wasn’t intimidated by the work load, and has a compassionate yet direct and firm (honest in my opinion) way about how he handles cases and clients. We have much to accomplish, but Tim is driven, likable, operates with morals and values, and seems to have a knack of simplifying complexities that don’t need to take up time or space moving forward, he certainly sees a big picture approach. Tim Horan was so wonderful. He helped me through the most difficult time in my life. I could not disagree more with the first post. He was contentious, knowledgeable and fought hard for me. I would highly recommend Tim.

Tim Horan handled my divorce. He failed to get the proper documents for court before our hearing. He never told me about any parenting class I needed to complete per our custody agreement so this painful process was further delayed the first time due to his failure to get necessary financial statements prior to all parties appearing before the Judge (which had already been postponed & was a painful process I, like any divorcee, simply wanted over with then finally I learn our custody oreder can NOT be signed or agreed upon by the court because I was never told how to register & complete a parenting class which ever the Juddge said I should have been walked thru this process by his paralegal. I simply can NOT afford more billable hours thru this lengthy process but due to failures on behalf of Mr. Horns & his staff I not only can't have the needed closure, court ordered scheduled visitation but Tim Horan has the nerve to charge me extra because we will again have to appear before a Judge after someone at his office FINALLY ensures I get the necessary info to complete a parenting class. I think understanding of a client's desire for resolution should be paramount to any attorney but especially in divorce cases!

I have used Attorney Horan on multiple occassions for matters involving real estate, estate planning and licensing issues. I have found Attorney Horan to be a very professional, down to earth person who takes a genuine care for the best interest of his clients. He is trustworthy and knowledgeable in many subject areas. Attorney Horan keeps his lines of communication open, has always kept me informed of the progress of my case and I have found that even when leaving a message at his office, he is prompt with returning calls.
