Rob sold a property here in NBPT and failed to disclose a serious defect in that property causing legal issues and law suits for remaining owners.......not an ethical professional. Stay away.

Mike McCarthy was an absolute pleasure to work with. We recently purchased our first home and he was fantastic. He was quick, efficient, and extremely responsive throughout the entire process. I couldn’t have dreamed of a smoother process, and I thank him for that.

We are in the process of purchasing a home and have been extremely pleased with the service and professionalism that Rob at Liberty Law & Title has shown us. During each step of the process, Rob has answered all of our questions, guided us in the right direction, and communicated information in a timely manner. Most importantly, Rob has shown both my husband and I equal amounts of respect. All correspondence is sent to the both of us and he addresses us as a team rather than just addressing one of us.

I recently purchased a home and partnered, so I thought, with a professional law group. I wanted an attorney to guide me through the process form the signing of the P & S to the closing. He shared how he and I could review the documents, understand the language and so forth. I try to close early on my loan and all I got was rude, snarky and unorganized. When it was time to close, no one from Liberty Law Group was at my signing. No call, no text, no email, no message even from his snarky assistant. I reached and 40 minutes later, a man walked into my room and i said you must Rob and he said "no"....I am his partner?! My attorney never called to share that he was not interested in my closing AT ALL, he couldn't be bothered to share he was not going to appear, or that he had to send in a substitute. They haven't even bothered giving me a copy of my signed documents yet and it has been almost 3 weeks. Again, he can't be bothered. They never tried to call that early evening to apologise nor did they attempt to the next morning either. I sent over an email sharing how appalling their lack of commitment really was, it wasn't actually contacted til late afternoon. Hard pass

We hired them to do a complex buy and sell for our property in Merrimack Mass. Every thing that could of gone wrong (at no ones fault) did. However, all the while Liberty and their team stayed professional, adapted quickly, and handled the situation so perfectly it put our entire family at ease! 100% would use again, and could not been more thankful. First class service all around! Highly recommend.

Charlie made a challenging home purchase almost...fun? Accessible, professional and more than timely, Charlie and his Team are a pleasure with whom to work. Expertise and experience = success. Nailed it.
