Brilliant, extremely knowledgeable in field, very dedicated to helping our family with our special education issue. He is obviously passionate about this area of law and seemed very concerned about us. He can sometimes be gruff and hard to deal with when under stress.

Tim was extremely helpful and knowledgable in regards to my child's situation. He discussed in length all aspects of our case with us . I felt Tim always gave us his undivided attention and was very professional . More importantly, I think Tim could see how stressful my situation was to my daughter and myself and was able to ease our fears. Tim did a great job for daughter and I and I would happily recommend him to anyone in need of his services.

Tim successfully represented my daughter in meetings with two school systems and their respective lawyers- as each school felt the other was legally responsible for providing continuing services to my daughter. The other lawyers clearly respected Tim and this went a long way in the meetings. Tim was always responsive to us and the two school lawyers which helped move things along. Before Tim was involved we were in the middle of a contentious battle with the two schools and felt that they were dragging things out trying to avoid providing services. After many frustrating months of trying to negotiate with the schools, it was nice to have a lawyer who returned phone calls and emails promptly and moved things along alleviating the additional frustration in trying to reach people in the schools. We received Tim's name from both our advocate and friends who also had success with Tim's help. We have subsequently referred Tim to a friend who also had a successful outcome. With Tim's help my daughter has received an additional 2 years of transition services that have proven to be more valuable than her 4 years of high school in terms of the growth that we have seen. It was a pleasure working with Tim- he knows the law, is well respected, is respectful of you and others involved, and gets things done.
