Andrea took the time to chat with me when I (a new homeowner) was stressed about a contractor relationship gone sour. She gave me all the advice I needed to fully appreciate the options we had to remedy the situation. Very knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. She's definitely in my rolodex now!

We reached out to Andrea as homeowners who had been sold a "luxury" home which was not finished in a luxury fashion. Many short cuts taken by our builder (we bought the house in almost finished condition) and his subs and less than 1-2 years into ownership we had issues with our cement fiber siding and other areas. Once we reviewed the details of our situation with her, she felt we had a solid case and offered to represent us. We proceeded based upon her conviction that we could win. Fast forward a year plus later and we ended up mediating and settling, which we were happy about as we recouped a good portion of our out-of-pocket cost to do the renovations we discovered we would have to do. We would use Andrea again (though I hope we never have to!)

Both Andrea Goldman and her associate Peter Fisher were responsive, knowledgeable, and effective. We engaged Goldman Law Group to develop a housing restoration contract, then hired them again to assist us with an insurance claim. They were thorough and attentive and we were happy with the results on both occasions.

Andrea went out of her way to help us in a fraud case, positioning us to receive back more than expected. When the case moved into a bankruptcy case, she recommended and work with another lawyer in that area, helping us to recover much of the fraud funds.
