Liz was fantastic!! This transaction was long and difficult as the other side of the transaction was being held up by items that kept popping up during city inspections, but Liz was able to maintain control of all aspects and with client, after closing almost a month and a half later I am happy for the level of service she provided client and the rest of the transaction team, thanks Liz!
