We were very intimidated at the beginning of the process and we had other potential immigration lawyers say that it was not possible to apply for a marriage based visa outside of the country. Monique accepted all documents through their portal and was available to answer our questions throughout the process. Even though it did take longer than expected, I had confidence that we had given each office everything they required thanks to Monique and her paralegals checking and rechecking what we had provided.
