Kristina is prompt and professional. She provided services in closing our first home. As a new home buyer she guided us through the process answering questions we didn't even know we should be asking. When we did have questions her response time was unmatched. Can not refer her enough!

I highly recommend Kristina Yee Vitullo at Mason & Martin. She re-drafted our family's estate plan two years ago and did a much better job explaining the mechanics of the various trusts we now have compared to our previous attorney. More recently, she has been an enormous help on several real estate transactions on both the buy and sell-side. During a recent condo sale that got contentious (the buyer refused to close unless I made some last-minute concessions outside the agreed-upon contract), I was getting so frustrated with the buyer that I was ready to give up several thousand dollars at closing. Kristina talked me off the "ledge" and took a firm (but reasonable) approach with the buyer and their attorney, and eventually, the buyer retracted their demands. She's always my first call for legal needs.

We are a small specialty material supply business located just outside of Philadelphia, PA. We had an agreement to supply material to a contractor in Needham Heights, MA. We offered very fair payment terms and gave a substantial amount of credit to the contractor. After the materials were delivered and the work was completed we had difficulty securing payment. All totaled we were owed about $30,000.00. This represented a significant amount of money for our business. When the contractor stopped returning our calls and began to ignore our emails, we became very concerned. Because we are an out of state supplier we had additional concern and worry. When the contractor refused to pay us, I honestly thought we would be lucky to recover any of the money. We were absolutely pleased with the results and the speed at which the recovery took place.
