Goldman Law is a fantastic law firm. They were the first law firm I dealt with who made me feel like my case was important and not just a way to get paid.

I retained Ms. Bingham and her firm to represent me in my divorce proceedings which had previously been dragging on for quite some time. I found Ms. Bingham to be a knowledgable expert in her field and quickly oriented me in the divorce process and set expectations. She took considerable time to understand my arguments and all my goals of the process - including which outcomes were most important to me. Ms. Bingham worked efficiently with opposing counsel and was able to push my fair and reasonable arugments towards a settlement. During the process, she was always available for consulations and questions. The answers I received were never terse but clear and complete. Divorce for many is a gut-wrenching and tramatic time. Ms. Bingham conducts herself professionally while not minimizing the emotional aspects. For all of the above, I would not hesitate to recommend her to any in need of counsel.

I was referred to Ms. Bingham after a collaborative process failed to bring to an end a very contentious, multi-year divorce process. Opposing counsel had been and continued to be overly aggressive, disingenous and enabling of her client's confrontational, overwrought and litigious approach. Ms. Bingham never responded in-kind, always remained a calming presence, consistently counseled the importance of keeping the children's well being in focus and demostrated great skill on those occassions when time in court proved necessary. One particular episode is worth noting: opposing counsel sought an emergency order preventing me from vacationing abroad with my children. In her written reponse and in her argument in court, Ms. Bingham demolished the other side, resulting in a complete vindication of my rights. As a lawyer myself, I suspect that I was not the easiest of clients. Ms. Bingham and I did not always agree but in the end I am grateful for her advice and guidance and the good outcome we achieved.

Jennifer is a lovely person, knowledgable attorney, and worked productively with the attorney for my wife. However, since my divorce involved many complex settlement aspects, I believe I would have benefited from an attorney who was much more aggressive. If your to be ex is willing to reach settlement out of court, then Jennifer would be great for you.
