My family was referred to Heine Goodale Law when selling out family home. They guided us in the right direction with not know laws on selling a home while dad is still alive and what would need to be paid in gains. I have worked with Karla and Heine Goodale Law as an agent as well as a client. You would be hard pressed to find another real estate attorney work as hard and for the best interest as her clients and provide the knowledge and response then Karla and her team Kristen, Jessica, and Emery! Karla and her team did a closing for us on our new home and then we had a number of complex issues on the closing on the condo we were selling which was very trying and difficult and she made the process smooth and really worked through it with us in an incredibly impressive way. She took care of us and *knew her stuff*!!
