Tim's years of experience come trough in his conversation with you. What I was most impressed with was his passion for and fascination with the facts of the case. He gives practical advice, and helps you see things as the will likely go as opposed to how you think they will go. I am interested in coming back as things develop to get more insight as the situation advances.

My consult was handled in a very efficient manner. Tim sorted through a myriad of issues surrounding my case involving school contract, FMLA, discrimination and disciplinary action. He was straight forward in pointing out the strengths and weaknesses of my case. He helped me make some very important decisions on short notice.

Tim was kind and compassionate. Although he told me that I didn't have a case, he did it in a way that made me feel like I hand all the answers as to why. If I ever had another employment issue I would absolutely contact him.

MR STARK IS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE AND PERSONABLE.
THERE WAS NEVER A TIME IN OUR 1 AND 1/2 HOURS OF
DISCUSSION OF MY CASE DID HE MAKE ME FEEL RUSHED, UNCOMFORTABLE OR PRESSURED. THIS WAS ALL BEFORE I HIRED HIM. HE WAS SO VERY HELPFUL AND MADE SURE I UNDERSTOOD EVERYTHING. I CANOT POSSIBLY SAY ENOUGH WONDERFUL THINGS ABOUT HIM.

I made a big mistake at my job. It looked like my employer was going to terminate me by by suspending me indefinitely. Mr Stark made a call and soon my employer was willing to let me return.
