All I can say is Thank you Robert! Since day one my case was nothing but difficult and you manage to keep my fears and worries at ease. A case that should have been just a straight forward open and shut case .. Unfortunately at first it did not go how it should have gone and I came extremely close to calling it quits. Thankfully having Robert on my side, he was able to help navigate this case into the right direction and by giving me all the options and tools we needed to un cover many fraudulent claims and falsely claimed information through this whole process of learning what is called discovery. A big thing against people who lie to get more money greed is never a good thing so don’t lie it’s worth it in the end! There is a thing called Discovery and that can be your best friend or your worst nightmare depending on which side you land on! Don’t lie and you have nothing to worry about !

I found out the hard way that many of the problems that initially cause a divorce will still create issues when trying to coparent with an ex spouse. I was relieved that I was able to again have Attorney Luber by my side to resolve some some serious issues that arose after my divorce was finalized. While all these matters caused me a great deal of anxiety and stress, Attorney Luber was always able to put me at ease and together we were able to get the resolution I wanted. I had a small claims matter on December 12th in Boston going on four years, the debtor notoriously never showed for court. I did not know what to do, I had not received a payment from the debtor since 2017. I was referred to several lawyers, however, Attorney Farhat was the only one that took the time to understand my situation, I'm so glad I contacted him. He researched and discovered the debtor had interest in multiple companies in Boston. Based on that information, he drafted a charging order to relinquish the debtors interest in those companies to satisfy the remaining judgment. Within 24 hours, the debtor offered to him at court to quickly resolve outstanding balance, and Attorney Farhat even got me the interest owed, nearly $1,000 more than I expected. Without an Attorney’s assistance the debtor would have continued to ignore the courts request for payment, I would still be waiting my money. I thought hiring an Lawyer would be costly, but it was affordable, he got right to work and used his time wisely, well worth the investment, I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.
