Almost all cases involving your children or separation are deeply personal and emotional, and my case was no different in this respect. Attorney Grover Hastings demonstrated her experience and understanding while still getting to the heart of the problem. It was further complicated as it involved me living in the UK, my former partner and son living in another country in eastern Europe, and jurisdiction in Massachusetts (USA). It takes an exceptional lawyer to unravel understand the cultural, social and the logistical complications this brings, not to mention the financial / tax regime issues. She managed the complexity brilliantly and was able to apply the law to extraordinary circumstances.
