Excellent Attorney. Could not be happier with my decision to work with Ken, or his firm. What started as something extremely simple, turned into a complex matter, due to working with an expired real estate trust, with multiple trustees and beneficiaries. Ken was outstanding in his handling of this matter, came up with a sound resolution, I could not have been more pleased. This legal matter was not for just any attorney. He has years of experience, and that really paid off.

I recommend Ken Cossingham and his law firm. He is skilled and professional in real estate law matters. His support team are always helpful . Ken Cossingham is my personal and family attorney for the past 10 years. That includes at least two real estate sales and closings. All transactions were handled professionally and expeditiously. Used them for a New Hampshire probate issue. Total waste of 20 grand. many missteps and wasted efforts. Told we would be crazy not to pursue, then ten grand into it story totally changes. Went through money quickly, much of the time was spent pursuing things we did not ask them to. Had to repeat facts over and over and it felt like we had to instruct them on every step. The first court appearance he shows up with a massive stain on his suit. Got nothing for our money. stay away.

I have known Kenneth Cossingham for over 15 years and the Cossingham Law Office has been my personal law firm for the last 5. I have had many occasions to refer real estate and mortgage clients to Ken who has done a great job representing them in the areas of Estate Planning and Probate law as well as Real Estate and Mortgage contract law.
