Herb was straight forward and to the point concerning process, timing and cost. He was very thorough and when I asked questions he answered them completely.

Herbert was very helpful for me when my business shut down after the pandemic. I had way too much business debt than I could afford personally. I found Herbert online after reviewing all of his glowing reviews of him and his practice compared to his competition. After meeting with me, he graciously took my case for a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. Herb was able to represent me with very limited notice, which I can't imagine was easy to do. Attorney Weinberg, has gone above and beyond, helping and guiding me, over the last, very difficult 2 year’s. I was skeptical when I first called him, he seemed almost “too nice”, he personally answered my call, and patiently listened to my nervous rambling.
