Knowledgeable, logical, patient, smart, and no-nonsense. Also kind, firm, no bologna, no pressure, all common sense (apparently quite uncommon). ALSO, another first for us with any law firm ever—We were charged less than we expected. Mike is kind and truly a pleasure to work with, as he regularly displays patience and understanding, an uncommon grace, that belies his years. He’s an excellent PERSON, certainly not out for himself, and that helps clients to trust him.

I need help with a modification to terminate Child Support. Miguel Nieves was down to earth, efficient and helped me navigate the forms and the system and got it taken care of in an efficient, effective way. He's looking to help you, not just bill you. He will advise the most prudent way to get the job done and when he thinks further action is not necessary and probably just a waste of your money.
