This firm manages our trademark portfolio, and gives excellent legal advice on many complex intellectual property and other matters. Attorney Hun Ohm's work has been invaluable to the foundation. His knowledge, experience, and professionalism are second to none. Hun is not only an ace attorney, he's very responsive and a pleasure to work with.

My case involved coming to agreement with another party's lawyer whose initial strategy featured threats, bluster and intimidation. Fred skillfully defused the acrimony, incrementally bringing his adversary around, even going so far as to arrange an informal meeting to establish comity and calm the waters. Much of what the best lawyers do is speak wisely and persuasively to people on the other side who insist there's no room to settle, until suddenly they find that there is. Fred's impressive competence and quiet persistence was exactly right for accomplishing what needed doing. He was a pleasure to work with and I would happily do so again.

A+++ firm. We have used their services since 1994. they have negotiated complex legal deals, international deals, made introductions, won all battles, etc. It's an incredible firm. They also have a lot of experience and relationships in the entertainment industry, games, toys, movies, TV, video game, licensing, etc. I can't tell you how many attorneys have told me they are happy to deal with Fierst Bloomberg because they know they will come up with a solution to every roadblock. Ultimately, they are really good down-to-earth people too, a pleasure to work with.
