We used Mark's office in the purchase of our house in 2016. The process seemed to go smoothly enough... Fast forward to 2018 when we went to sell that property. Our buyers attorney performed a title search (which we paid this office to do in 2016) and it was determined that we did not own 13 of the acres we were under the impression we purchased. This of course caused problems with our buyers and the loss of around $20,000 on our part. Now this office is only willing to shift blame instead of taking responsibility for the service we paid them to do. We are recommending to everyone we know that may even someday buy real estate to not use this office.

I highly trust Mark NeJame and Julie Kling. Last year, I was trying to decide whether to make my business a nonprofit.
