I was in an accident on April 6 2013. I wasn't severely hurt, but had what people commonly refer to as whiplash. John immediately took charge of the case and worked tirelessly on it all the way to the end, just as if it were a Million Dollar case settlement. What is refreshing about John is that he is down to earth, kind and compassionate. He respects his clients' intelligence, but still explains the legal process in plain language. Come settlement day Medicare was trying to bill me for medical cost that weren't associated to the case. It was just a few hundred dollars, but we went through two levels of appeals and the government still refused to remove the charges. At this point the case against the other driver was settled and drawing out the Medicare claim was counterproductive for both me and John. THIS FACT WILL AMAZE YOU! John offered to give up part of his fee to cover the unrelated charges so I would be satisfied with the results. I've been in 4 car accidents, (none my fault) and the other attorneys I had before were greedy and arrogant. But not John DiBartolo. I feel like John cares about me and I enjoyed getting to know him.
