I won't give this clown any stars. This is a smooth talking,over priced clown,that talks out his back side. This system does not care about your children,or family. It's a race to see who can bleed you dry first. Save your money, and represent yourself. Thomas will tell you he knows the guidelines, but in the end, it proves he doesn't. He doesn't do any research, and shows up to court unprepared. He even showed to a trial with his girlfriend, and only cared about spending the day in the city. The Massachusetts system is broken, and these people will bleed you dry. Stay away from this guy. Tommy was referred to me. Even after reading one star reviews. I'm warming you all. It's true, don't hire this man. He's not worth any dollar amount.

Thomas Jaffarian, I call him the Commander of the Court because of what I didn't realize when I started my divorce. Tom's command of the law and his experience will allow you to take control of the process, rather than just becoming another victim of divorce. Let me summarize what he managed to do for me: - maintain ownership of my properties - equal parenting time - children locked into my towns school district - Zero alimony payments - Reasonable buyout to my Ex - I did not spend hours waiting on some bench at the courthouse - I did not wait weeks or months for hearings - Most importantly his ability to work with the opposing council to achieve a very fair deal. I highly recommend hiring Tom, you will not be disappointed.

I am extremely pleased with the outcome of the services that Attorney Jaffarian provided to me. Attorney Jaffarian most recently drove the successful termination of my alimony after over 10 years of painful payments. His knowledge and guidance through the new laws coupled with his aggressive presentation to the court set me free. He was very, informative and well prepared throughout this life-changing event. He continually reached out to me to follow up as we moved through the process. He was professional at all times, fair with his billing and really strives for the best outcome of his clients. I definitely would not wish the need for a lawyer on anyone, however, being that i had no alternative, I was extremely pleased to have the services of Attorney Jaffarian available to me. Attorney Jaffarian has recently helped me through the often difficult divorce proceedings that most clients experience. He was quite informative and well prepared. He continually reached out to me to follow up as we moved through the process of creating a separation agreement, prepared for, filed and executed my divorce and the ultimate preparation and submission of 2 separate QDROs. I would strongly recommend the services of Attorney Jaffarian, he is quite knowledgable, professional and respectful and definitely looks out for the best interest of his clients.

Meeting Attorney Jaffarian was an absolute blessing! Before I was referred to him, a judge had ordered me to pay over $5,000 a month in past and current child support. I could not keep up with payments and my bank accounts were frozen. Mr. Jaffarian was amazing. He got the judge to release the levy on my account and instead of going to trial, he aggressively negotiated a settlement with my ex-wife’s attorney that reduced my child support by over $3,000 a month. I am very grateful to him for relieving my stress.

Shows up in court unprepared.......Not aggresive.....Does not reseach anything,leaves that up to you. Needs alot more practice before taking on clients!

I used this attorney as a referral and completely disappointed. Not knowing what to expect from an Attorney, he took complete advantage with over billing hours and not being knowledgeable with how to settle out of court. Ultimately, he doesn't know how to be an aggressive or fair Attorney for his clients sake. Do not hire.
