James is the best DUI lawyer in the world. I’m a CDL Class A driver and my license was about to be gone. I caught a DUI and James worked hard and diligently to get the case beat. We won , not guilty . Highly recommend him to anyone that catches any type of OUI case in Massachusetts. Definitely worth the money

If you're reading this you're probably in a lousy situation. Having no prior legal issues, or moving violations in my 25 years of driving, I was shocked (and pretty angry) to learn what I was facing with what i saw as highy subjective oui arrest. Now that it's over I can say that I am very happy i hired Geraghty. He not only knew laws and options but he also new the system, specifically Boston municipal ct. That was extremely helpful in managing my expectations and stress levels. It was an awful experience but the advice and guidance I received was critical for the decisions I had to make, and the NG verdict he secured. I highly recommend him, He's one of the best in the state.

Attorney Geraghty was great from the beginning. He told me we had an 85% chance of winning our case at trial and he was right! His trial skills were fabulous and his overall mastery of the facts of my case carried the day. In May of 2016  I was charged with O.U.I alcohol,Negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and a Marked lane violation. I refused the test and was arrested on the spot. I had heard of Jim from a coworker who was currently  going through the same ordeal. He came to my house went over the police report and said that he could help me. I hired him and not only was he able to get me off, but  he got all of the charges DISMISSED . My insurance company never even found out and my perfect driving record was restored. Attorney Geraghty is wonderful! I am writing this review six years after he represented me in an OUI case and I wanted to make sure that he is still getting the credit that he deserves. The first lawyer I hired encouraged me to plead out and I refused so he decided not to represent me after keeping my retainer. I then hired Attorney Geraghty and I am so happy that I did! He knew the laws inside and out and was always extremely prepared. He recommended a bench trial and after a 45 minute trial and very short deliberation, I was found not guilty on all charges. I cannot praise Attorney Geraghty enough!

James geraghty is the best attorney I've ever had represent me. I had benn arrested for a 4 th offense, had been 13 years since my 3rd Mr garaghty had managed to get my case dismissed! After I was arrested for Operating a Vehicle Under the Influence, I was devastated. I did a lot of research on lawyers to represent me and found Jones and Geraghty to be the #1 OUI firm in the state. If you are reading this review, I was you and can save you some time. I read so many reviews and interviewed several lawyers, and ultimately went with Attorney James Geraghty. Yesterday, Attorney Geraghty argued my OUI case in front of the Waltham District Court. I am delighted to say the jury found me not guilty. Attorney Geraghty helped me navigate the best strategy to defend me while making me feel very included in the process. I truly believe I was not guilty of the crime I was being accused of. Attorney Geraghty made me feel like I was his only client and that he believed I was innocent. From picking jury members to deciding what witnesses to put on the stand, Attorney Geraghty was confident, decisive, and extremely knowledgeable. My arrest two years ago was the worst day of my life. I can now put this whole thing behind me and enjoy my family.

I was stopped at a Massachusetts State Police road block over the Summer and arrested outside of Boston. It was a terrible experience to say the least. I was worried about not only losing my license but my job as a saleman as well. I interviewed several attorneys. To be honest Jim Geraghty seemed a lot sharper than the two other lawyers I spoke with so I hired him. He kept me informed on what was going on with the case (didn't have to call him and ask) and got me a much earlier court date than expected. When the case went to trial I was a wreck but Jim was a incredibly confident in the courtroom and did an outstanding job cross examining the arresting officer, finding errors in the police report. I was found not guilty and consider myself very fortunate to have found Jim Geraghty.

I was driving home after a 15 day on the road and was accused and arrested of DWI. I have a friend who's a corporate lawyer and asked him who I should call, he told me to call James Geraghty immediately. Everything was at stake. If I lost my license, I would have lost my job (and probably my home as well). Within a month not only was I found not guilty, but the judge gave me my license back.
