We had a fantastic experience working with Derek Heltzel of Standard Title and Escrow when we refinanced our mortgage. Derek went above and beyond our expectations, meeting us on a snowy Saturday night at his office to sign the closing papers so we could meet our refinancing deadline. Jeff was the best attorney we could have asked for to make our closing so easy! We closed this past Friday and he explained everything in detail so we knew exactly what we were signing. He took care of everything in the backend so we didn’t have to worry about a thing and just show up to our closing! He has a great personality and is easy to get along with, we have friends that used him as well that had the same experience.
