Attorney Feinstein and his admins are top-notch. I had hired another law firm at first (Morgan and Morgan), however after months of not getting calls back or really any information on my case, I decided to call Attorney Feinstein's office. Once I called I was treated with understanding and respect. Throughout the process, they kept me informed, and if I had any questions they took the time to answer them immediately without making me wait for days or even weeks on end. Settled almost immediately for the insurance Co's 20k which they were glad to take 1/3 of while saying they wish they could've done more. Meanwhile im out of work for 2 years with multiple fractures. Told me my All medical would be taken care of pertaining to this accident ...also wrong. I'm getting collections from Brigham and Women's for medical bills. Thanks Feinstein!!
