I am a man in my 60's who had never been in trouble before. Then I was arrested for Felony Assault. Attorney Zlatnick (Joe) was assigned by the court to represent me. Our first meeting in his office convinced me that Joe was the right lawyer for me. He thoroughly explained all of my options and the pros and cons of each, every step of the court process, and his basic strategy going forward. That day he made no promises of any outcome, but assured me that my legal rights and my version of the incident would be argued with fervor and zeal. The case was very convoluted but Joe navigated through with diligence and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the out come. My alleged 2nd OUI was converted to a negligent operation, which not only saved me a couple grand but also cut my probation time in half. I really felt like my voice was being heard and not once during the whole process did I feel like I was just “another client” but that my best interest was in mind. If you're looking to win your case and to not be treated like an average Joe, look no further. On the two cases he represented me for, one was dismissed (shoplifting), the other not guilty. That was felony strangulation, domestic AB, and threat to commit a crime. He presents himself beyond humanely, treating each case as if you were his family. At the same time he will kill it in the courtroom with his professionalism and attention to detail. Words cannot explain how much he helped me out of a terrible situation! I have nothing but great things to say about Joeseph Zlatnik. My case carried on for 4 1/2 years due to a bunch of complications involving my case details and state complications. He kept in contact with me the entire way, never failed to keep me updated on everything, and not once backed down knowing I deserved to win my case. He worked very hard gathering every bit of information he could to prove my innocence which he in the end accomplished and won my case.
