Steve will not explain anything, if you have a question he will change the subject, argue with you about everything that has nothing to do with your question and then send a bill for an exorbitant amount of money. He’s knowingly filed several motions late, making them pointless, and he doesn’t even present any evidence. We got bank statements that were altered, hand written in spots, stretched and copy/pasted and when I brought it to his attention, he got angry and yelled at me. Saying I had to come up with ‘1000’s of dollars’ in order to talk about that or I had to keep my mouth shut. I don’t know what I did wrong trying to ask about tampering with evidence, even the bank told me that these were forgeries, but now I am scared to death in challenging the other attorney. I feel like I have done something wrong, I have been told this much by Steve. I don’t recommend him at this time.

Alan, Katie and their colleagues were very capable to handle my needs with the closing on my vacation home as well as setting up the LLC to manage my newly purchased Air BnB property. They took time to answer all of my questions and guided me through the various home association paperwork. Whether it was a question about the convenance document as well as all the various questions regarding the purchase process, right down to referring me to a mortgage broker to make sure I was getting the best possible terms. The professionals at this firm listened to my concerns and were sensitives to my needs. During the purchase process there were a couple of items where Katie caught a miscalculation on the settlement sheet as well as guiding me through the number of details where the seller was responsible for the cost instead of myself. She also made sure I was not bringing too many funds to the closing and even followed up on an insurance matter a year later. Now that is dedication to the client. Alan helped me with setting up the LLC to manage the property. He answered all my questions and explained what I should do next as well as how it would benefit my family. I would not turn to anyone else but these folks for such important life events like buying property. They listen, explain and protect me and my family's interest. Next, I plan on having them enhance my will to make sure my family is taken care in the future.

I had my estate planning done with this group. Estate planning was so out of my wheelhouse, but they explained everything to me in plain language, did not rush me and took the time to answer all my questions. They truely took the time to customize what I wanted to prioritize for my family's needs!
